Biggest issue about dieting is... you have to cook less portions. Stores sell BIG portions and you have to split it all up and freeze it or it's sitting there waiting for you to eat it all 🤣

I have read that the black grill on meat from barbecuing actually increases the risk for colon cancer, as are nitrates in preserved meats like sausages and bacon. So these things should only be eaten rarely.

The same as saying smoking cigarettes gives you cancer ... after like 20 years of daily smoking. Having one meal with this crispy goodness on it isn't going to give you cancer 😄
