Had a fun cheat day with breakfast of a big bear claw and 'crispy' fried dough, and lots of snacking at night. Good at lunch and salmon and veggies for dinner, but book ended by naughtiness. Fast days coming on Wednesday, Thursday, and part of Friday.
103.2 kg Lost so far: 44.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.3 kg a Week


OMG BP what are you doing? bear claw? fried dough? I like your diet man, wish I could eat it - lol. Okay, so back on track. You look too damn good to blow it completely. Looking forward to seeing your weight drop after your low cal days, which we know it will. You are so lucky the weight drops so quick.

Well, it was all working out until the end of the day when the carbs caught up with me and I could not stop snacking. So ended the day at 1805. Not a crisis with two fast days coming up, but a mini lesson learned. Still, I enjoy the idea of doing it all by average calories per day over a month. I can 'diet' without really depriving myself at all. Have a great day.
