Surprising 3 lb. loss on day two of my weekly fast and a 350 calorie workout. 225.1 is only .1 away from my initial goal (but 190 is the new target). Time for celebrating on the 4th of July tomorrow!
102.1 kg Lost so far: 45.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Happy 4th of July and wow on the weight loss. I love IF. My own weight is finally moving in the right direction. Hope you don't get an up spike after the Holiday eating but if you do, you know how to fix it :)
