It is my one year anniversary, so I just adjusted my weight goal from 225 to 190. I plan to hit that by January 1, 2014. But... my color bars are now back to Yellow from Green and Blue!

It hurts when the colour bars change! Can you imagine weighing 190 lb? That will be incredible given where you came from. Commitment to never go back! I too struggle from day to day and time to time but I will never go back to 250 - NEVER - and with the support of buddies like yourself and FS we can do this. Woot Woot.
