Sort of pissed to have stayed the same at 230.1 despite a measly 600 calorie day and 331 calorie workout. It's my one year anniversary on FatSecret and I've lost 95 lbs. Not too shabby. And I think I'll hit the 220s by the morning weigh in.
104.4 kg Lost so far: 43.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Sometimes this statement doesn't even make sense but here you go: You may not be eating enough. From the weight loss you have already had, you are doing great!

Hi, sorry, I thought your anniversary was tomorrow, I've been a day off all day. Happy Anniversary. Sorry you are pissed at being 230 but at least you aren't 325!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have done an awesome job and you know tomorrow, when it isn't your anniversary, your weight will shift. Perhaps you are holding water, perhaps you need to do 'other things', but whatever, you know it will drop when you aren't looking :) Seriously, congrats man, you have done fab - u - lous job!!!
