Woke at 217.0, down .2 from yesterday. Started the day with pushups, squats, and dumbbell pulls. Protein coffee next and then we will let the body say when it's hungry. UPDATE: Ate a big lunch of chicken Parm and weighed 218.6 at 5:30.
