Woke at 218.6, down .8 from yesterday after approximately 60 hours of fasting. Will probably grab some lunch today and then Denise has a nice dinner planned. Started the day with pushups and squats to failure. I will try to ramp up the exercise. I will target the same calorie target and macros this month. It seems to be working. UPDATE: Omelet for a late breakfast and then lots of coffee and water with good water movement. Weighed 218.0 at 5 pm. UPDATE: Had more water and bulk movement before dinner and boom -- 216.8.
