Woke up, took water and supplements, and then did an hour and 10 minutes on the exercise bike while watching Ben Bikman on YouTube! Showered and weighed in at 219.4, down 3.0 from yesterday. I'll keep the fast going for the last day of the month. UPDATE: Weighed in at about 7 pm and got to 218.8, lowest since the week before Christmas 2019.
