Woke at 223.0, down .4 from yesterday. Still have a cold, so I will work from home today. UPDATE: Felt better later in the day and I had a dinner appointment. I went downtown to keep that (after letting my dinner guests know I still had a bit of a cough). They said, bring it on, so I did. Ate at the fabulous Rasika Indian restaurant. Yes, I had Naan bread and a tablespoon of basmati rice. Will not hit my protein macro today but I'm not going to blow past my general calorie range to do it. PS. Weighed 222.2 before leaving for dinner, and that is after having an omelet for lunch.
