Woke at 229.6, up 1.4 from yesterday. Had a big blowout lunch and dinner yesterday and nearly hit 3000 calories for the day but carbs were at the 30 grams level. Commencing a 72 hour fast today. I'll do supplements, water, and black coffee but otherwise, that's it until Sunday evening dinner. Need to kickstart 2020 and I've already allowed myself to drift off my calorie goals for the month. Have a great weekend! UPDATE: Down to 227.8 by 5:30. Lots more to do. Not hungry, but my body temp has dropped like crazy. I can't seem to get warm. I'll have to tough it out!

Draglist...Did you find that once you focused on a higher fat and protein diet that it worked for you more consistently? I guess what I am hoping is that every person's body is affected by what it takes in differently and that some people are better suited for some foods as opposed to others and no diet is perfect for everyone? Did you immediately go towards a Keto-style diet or gradually through trial and error?
