Favorite breakfast!

1396 kcal Fat: 44.03g | Prot: 45.53g | Carbs: 227.68g.   Breakfast: Flaxseed Seeds , Bananas , Frozen Blueberries, Hulled Pumpkin and/or Squash Seeds, Bob's Red Mill Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats. Lunch: Navels Oranges , Smucker's Pure Peach Jam, Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter, Country Harvest Grains & Fibre with Chia. Dinner: Dole Chopped Romaine Lettuce, Guacamole, Black Beans, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten, Fat Not Added in Cooking), President's Choice Whole Wheat Tortillas. Snacks/Other: Honeydew Melon. more...

Oatmeal with a tablespoon of ground flax, tablespoon of raw pumpkin seeds, frozen blueberries and a banana! I eat this most mornings, though sometimes I change up the seeds and fruit 🙂
