Down 2.2 lbs from my last weigh-in on the 16th. Not enough activity and perhaps too much grazing. Popcorn my weakness so major cutback until I reach my target weight of 175 lbs. Remaining totally positive with no major cravings or moments of guilt or depression, the bugbear of dieting. I am relying totally on my faith.
