Down 16 lbs in 3 weeks! Staying positive and keeping with the meal plans. I need to stop having nightmares about going off plan though! They are ridiculous but give me so much anxiety! 26 lbs to go!
86.9 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
