Thank you very much for your input. Yes, you did put a lot into this diet! And you've done very well.
I started at 215. I'm struggling to stay at 142. Sometimes I'm 147, sometimes I'm 138. The way I did it is cutting back on fats and sweets.
And I also used premier shakes at times for two meals during the day. I only did this 3 days out of the week. A few times,
I had a dessert bowl of cottage cheese and fruit cocktail for every meal, 3 or 4 days out of the week.

You can easily make cheese crisps: Put shredded cheese on parchment paper, zap it for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Let it cool before eating! This also makes a fast zero carb pizza crust.
