Woke at 228.6, up 2.2 after a giant dinner. We then came home and had cake and ice cream for Emily's birthday. Nearly 4000 calories on the day (estimated). Starting today with protein coffee and fasting until dinner, which will be pork chops and sauerkraut. UPDATE: Weighed in at 4 pm and got to 229.0 after eating some fajita in a bowl and some pork rinds.
