Woke at 221.2, up 1.2 after chicken, green beans, and lots of flavored fizzy waters. Out for business lunch today at an Asian place. Not sure what will await me there. Happy hour tonight as well. UPDATE: Lots of great beef today and a few drinks at happy hour. Ended the day at 222.0. Not too bad at all for 2500+ calories.
