I woke at 229.4, down 1.6 from yesterday. I still have a lot of water to flush out. UPDATE: Could not stop running to the restroom today so I knew I would have a good weigh-in. Sure enough, 225.8! Ate another omelet, some gouda cheese, some sardines, and collagen powder for dinner. Hit all macros and calorie targets well.
