Woke at 220.2, down .4 from yesterday. Protein drinks and black coffee until an awards ceremony tonight. Not sure what will be served. UPDATE: Went to an all day Agile Government Leaders conference at the Newseum. They had box lunches. I went ahead and ate the bread with turkey sandwich but gave away the pasta salad, chips, and cookies. Then went to the FedScoop 50 Awards presentations later, where I ate some amazing cheeses and some red wine. Came home at 221.8, showing the eating fun. I am targeting Friday and Monday as fasting days to catch up.
