Woke at 220.6, up 1.4 from yesterday after eating lunch with dessert yesterday and a late night dinner. Protein drinks and black coffee today. UPDATE: Went out to an unexpected happy hour, where I ate a steak and some asparagus. Came home at midnight to an amazing 219.2 weigh in. Let's see what the morning brings.

I'm longing for a nice dessert tonight... It is not forthcoming... 🙁 I'd have to make it, and then it would be tempting for me to eat more than a small share. 😁
