Woke at 218.6, up .6 from yesterday. Drank some red wine and then added some pepper jack cheese after midnight as I watched some late TV. Will add that as a snack today. Starting with protein coffee and will then have a protein shake at lunch and then dinner. I think chicken fajitas are on the menu so I might have a low cal wrap with those. UPDATE: Weighed 219.0 at 5 pm. Ate quite a lot of roast beef plus some pepper jack cheese to hit my 160 grams of protein, plus added some red wine. Going to exceed 2000 calories today, so I'll have to adjust on Monday.
