Woke at 219.2, down 1.2 from yesterday. Based on my lower weight, I’m taking my daily calorie target down to 1500 per day this month. But going to try hard to hit a 160 gram per day protein macro. Will use protein drinks at breakfast and lunch, and then a 1100 calorie dinner each night. Any business dinners or other special occasions will be adjusted for to maintain the calorie average. UPDATE: Got to 218.2 before dinner. Had Afghan food for dinner and two glasses of wine. Went over target by 100 calories. Will adjust tomorrow.

Okay .... so if you are losing at the present calorie range, why are you taking it down? You might need it if you are trying to get your protein up. Just thinking that men burn more calories than women do. I am eating at 1400 - 1500 calories right now on low carb. :)

I understand your logic. I have been eating at 1200 calories for so many years that unless I ate less than that I couldn't lose weight. My metabolism got really sluggish so I gained some of my weight back that I lost by trying to up my calories per the Half Size Me podcast and IIFYM's. LOL! Now I am just trying to eat moderate low carb for a while staying under 1500. We'll see how that works out. You are doing great! Proud of you!

OH geez! Well, believe me, I am going to do what it takes to lose that weight I gained. I can't go there again. I will heed what you are saying. We got this!

Good work, Bill! You and I are the same weight again (but of course you are male and taller!) ; I've got further to go, but we can track each other. I've been aiming for 1525, but I think I'll drop it to 1500, too. I'll check it out. Good work in October, you moved the mark.
