Woke at 220.4, down .4 from yesterday. That is probably today’s low as I am meeting a friend for lunch and then have a happy hour meeting after work. My plan is to end the month with the five-day fasting mimicking diet so there will be time to adjust. UPDATE: Skipped lunch and had a light happy hour, so I ate some more when I got home and largely stayed on track. Weighed 220.0 coming in the door.
