I’ve started plateauing! This means that I’ll have to actually exercise instead of just eating fewer calories. I think I’ll be doing blogilate’s 100abchallenge. It’s on YouTube, and I managed to find it in February but quit after the 24th day or soon. I need to type this stuff out because it forces me to put my actions as things I will do simply because I’ve posted them. Good luck to me of the future. Let’s see how much more weight I lose.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep up the good work. I found joining a drop in one hour dance class has helped me to maintain my weight. I go twice a week. Because it is drop in, I don’t worry too much if I have to miss one class. I always think that I can go again next week.

I want to take on 2 days of exercise as well, but I find I'm cold and exhausted after my work day is done. It always happens at this time of year, my best bet would be to do it in the mornings before I leave for work, but Ohhhh! my bed is too warm and comfy.
