I gave myself a break from my diet this week because of thanksgiving I have been eating snacks like chocolate and caramel bars for two days. I just came back after gouging myself with a gigantic thanksgiving meal was the plenty of fat and sugar. I weighed myself today and??? I lost weight somehow???
