Who is interested in an 8-week Christmas Challenge Oct 21-Dec 16? I need to reset & refocus! Join me! I got way off track these past weeks with excessive calories, sugar, carbs, sodium, the whole gamut! Rolled my Thanksgiving-Halloween treats into one, after my fantastic lab results (normal A1c, fasting glucose & normal thyroid but next 6 months need to lose more weight to get off medications). Also appears I have no food-related allergies! Woohoo! Happy with my increasing health, but not happy with my lack of focus. Happy Motivational Monday, Happy Thanksgiving & Happy Reset Week! :)
