Woke at 226.0, down 1.2 from yesterday. Have happy hour meeting at 4. Fasting until then. New month, so I’m targeting full 1525 calories and doing OMAD. UPDATE: Had four whiskies and a glass of water at a happy hour meeting and came home to a 223.2 weigh in. Ate pork roast and broccoli and a nice 3/4 bottle of red wine. Finished under my 1525 calorie goal. OMAD lets you have absolutely extravagant evening meals!

C'mon down, there's plenty of room. :) Sure feels good to be back to business and going in the right direction. I wasn't recording weight while I was backsliding but I was up to 229 at one point.

I hit 240 at one point this year my friend! Reverse dieting meant that I was reversing all my progress!

Thanks for clarifying how you were able to stay within your calorie count having afternoon drinks and wine with dinner. I struggle to keep mine down if I drink. Of course, I'm trying to keep my calories around 1200. I always eat breakfast but occasionally skip lunch/afternoon snack. I do enjoy a drink with dinner but have started to forgo alcohol some days.

Hi, Sherrye. Yes, saving up all my calories for the evening lets me eat more. I started with 16:8 fasting and tried alternate day fasting, 5:2 fasting, and other things as well. I like this the best so far.
