University has started! A while ago but this journal is for now. Whatever. My university has many buildings and my classes have me walking to and from buildings. I’m pretty sure my legs will tone up a lot more in the weeks coming because I have a tendency to walk fast enough to cause cramps in my calves. 😬. My weight has gone down again but I am 100 percent because of unhealthy weight loss. I am not getting my full nutrients throughout the day. My stomach is a lot smaller than in the beginning of summer, because, as I mentioned in a previous entry, I have a tendency to just not eat during the break. I get full a LOT easier. I’ll have a small pack of crackers and drink water in the morning and my stomach will be full until dinner. I’m going to try and eat healthier but I’ll hope to just be eating at regular intervals again.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
