Woke at 232.8, up 3.4 after a fabulous late Indian dinner last night. Speaking at a conference today at the Willard hotel, so there will be plenty of fruit and pastries and cookies to look at! I’ll have coffee until lunch, which is typically filet mignon. There are usually drinks and dinner after the event as well. I will work from home on Friday and will fast as needed. UPDATE: Had a few drinks after the event, too, plus a few pieces of pizza with my host. Came home at 235.0! I added some chicken and a blueberry probiotic protein smoothie at home to top out at over 2800 calories. Fasting tomorrow.
