Woke at 229.4, down .8 from yesterday. I have a breakfast event, and then I will skip lunch and have a business dinner at an Indian restaurant. UPDATE: Nothing for me to eat the event, so I grabbed two hard-boiled eggs on the way back to my office. I may grab something small for lunch. UPDATE: Had dinner at the amazing Rasika Indian restaurant in DC. Ate plenty including naan, some rice, and dessert. Came in the door at 232.4. Tomorrow I'm speaking at an all-day event at the Willard. Breakfast will likely be the same as today, so I'll probably skip that and have my first meal with their usual outstanding lunch.
