I think a good thing to remember when weighing yourself is that that includes all of you. Pretty common sense right? Except people have a tendency to weigh after eating sometimes or even before they've gone to the bathroom. That weight does not count. You're trying to reduce the fat stores in your body and you're checking a scale every so often to ensure that you're doing it the right way and making progress. That means only looking at how much your body weighs, not the amount of food you've just invested.
