Woke at 230.6, up 2.0 from yesterday. Not sure what caused this after a low cal, low carb day. Doing OMAD today so let’s see what we get after work. UPDATE: The coffee and water fast resulted in a 229.8 weigh in when I got home.

Just chalk it up to an aberration in the planet's gravitational pull! The poles are said to be shifting, so that they may reverse altogether. God only knows what effect *that* will have on scales the world over!

It's the scale. Or maybe you put salt on something. Drink some green tea - a diuretic, and you'll be fine tomorrow.

Maybe it's the pole shift! LOL. I did have those delicious, sodium laden shrimp last night. Fasted thus far today so let's see how we do when I get home.
