Woke at 228.6, up .2 from yesterday after a 2300 calorie day. Waking glucose and ketone readings were 78 and .2 mm, so I'm not going to measure again after morning protein coffee (it can't get much worse on ketones). Will test the effect of Brazil nuts and bitter apricot seeds at another time. I ate the seeds, but not the Brazil nuts. I'll have them later. UPDATE: Pre-dinner weigh in after a late lunch was 229.6. Eating window was 3-7 pm today.

You are at a very good weight ... considering the holiday... yeah low ketones. You can usually eat around 50 carbs and be in ketosis?
