Woke at 228.4, down 2.6 from yesterday. Going to start with some protein coffee and see where the day goes. Checked in on glucose and ketones and got 93 and .6 mm. Going to measure again in an hour and a half to see the results of three Brazil nuts, some bitter apricot seeds, and my protein coffee. UPDATE: Follow up blood test showed 84 glucose (went down!) but .2 mm of ketones. So one of the things I ate dropped me out of ketosis. I will try again tomorrow morning without the nuts. UPDATE: Weighed 228.8 before dinner, so the waking weigh in is today's low.
