Woke at 231.0, up .6 from yesterday. Ate 2300 plus calories yesterday with three glasses of red wine in the evening. Eating light today. Going to do at least 16:8 IF. Checked in on blood glucose and ketones and got 81 and .4 mm readings. I took supplements (including oil based Vitamin D and krill oil) and a few cups of black coffee with Stevia. I am going to check again in an hour to see what the readings are. UPDATE: Updated glucose and ketones an hour and 20 minutes after coffee and supplements were 93 and .5 mm. So, I'm reading that as glucose going up a bit but I'm at least in the same level of ketosis as I was before coffee and supplements. I'll keep taking those in the morning while considering that fasting. UPDATE: Good movement today and down to 228.8 before chicken wings!

That sounds good. I sometimes wonder if supplements impact ketosis as well

I’m going to go back to shortening my eating windows. So I wanted to validate that supplement hit! Looks like I can take the supplements in the morning with little impact.
