Woke at 232.4, down 4.2 from yesterday as the vacation water weight continues to evaporate. UPDATE: More good water movement today led to a 231.8 weigh in at 5 pm. Going back to work tomorrow but it will be a very low calorie day.

You'll get there. I admire you for the experiment you did earlier in the year trying to reset your metabolism. Without me having to read backward, do you have any new conclusions on the results? With or without the cruise food.

It's great that you can do so well after a vacation and be committed to taking the weight back off. I'm not normally that way - it's hard to break vacation eating

You do seem to burn the candle at both ends - and I deduce that merely from your journals. I am convinced if I slept well consistently I'd lose 20lbs in a blink. I want that Valley of the Dolls sleep.
