Woke at 229.6, down 3.0 from yesterday after a fasting day for colonoscopy prep. I did have a protein coffee in the morning but then just clear liquid after 11 on Sunday. This morning, I drank a bottle of magnesium citrate and a cup of water but that's all I get until after the procedure at 3 (and I'm sure I won't be hungry then). Have a great day! UPDATE: Finished the procedure with a clean bill of health. Won't need another until I'm 70! Came home and weighed 227.4. Drank some organic bone broth and ate a cup of watermelon. May add a bit more later but feeling good now.
