Woke at 232.6, down .4 from yesterday. I need to fast today and tomorrow in preparation for a colonoscopy. Forced fasting! I expect to drop a few pounds by this time tomorrow. UPDATE: Drank four cups of beef bone broth at 4pm, and lots of sparkling water. Got to 230.6 at 7 pm.

Well, you know you can have clear broth (chix & veg) but then your weigh in will be even higher because of the sodium (as mine was this morning because of the same. The broth not the colonoscopy)

Great job, and good luck with your doctor! And yes, if you are going to visit a doctor you must fast just with plain water.
