Woke at 227.4, down 1.4 from yesterday. Enjoying the 220s again and looking for the low 220s, and then the 2-teens. UPDATE: Ate modestly but drank a lot today. Weighed 230.0 before dinner. Despite all the extra fluid, body fat percentage was up to 23.2. Getting Chipotle delivered tonight. I'm having a steak burrito bowl with no wrap, rice, or beans and double meat. I put it into the database as a Keto Style steak bowl. Chipotle has a great online calorie and macros calculator.
