Woke at 230.0, down .2 from yesterday after fasting all day and then eating 536 calories for dinner. Would have loved to extend my 229.2 from last night to a new low this morning. Started with cottage cheese and protein coffee. Ate lunch at 1:30 consisting of pepper jack cheese, dry salami, and a piece of Nordic nut and seed bread. By 4 pm, I was famished again. I don't know what kicked off that hunger. No significant carbs, except the high fiber carbs in the bread. Denise went shopping and brought home roasted chicken, so that was eaten immediately. Screwing up my evening weigh in but will hope for good things tomorrow morning. UPDATE: Weighed at 7 pm and was 231.8.
