Woke at 230.0, down 2.0 from yesterday. Eating today. Not sure what’s in store, but I have tuna packets with me if needed. UPDATE: Ate the tuna and two hard boiled eggs for an early lunch at 11. Ate some happy hour sliders (no bun) and a few chicken wings later. Came home late at 232.0. Fasting tomorrow.
