Woke at 227.8, down 3.0 from yesterday. No food since Sunday night but I did have a bit of red wine and whiskey last night. One black coffee in the mornings and a diet soda at lunch. Moving a lot of water. Resting heart rate solidly in the 40s — 45 bpm today. Feel great and will continue.

Wow 40-45 BPM? Is that a norm for you? My doc sent me to a cardiologist @47 because he thought that was too slow..... You do lots of cardio?
