Woke at 233.4, down .8 from yesterday. Started the day with a protein coffee and was about to kick back and chill for the day. Then Em and her friend Jones came over and invited us out to brunch. On our way. Photos to follow. I may have to do an extended fast at some point soon to get back on calorie goal. UPDATE: Weighed 234.0 at 6:30, so the waking weight is today's low. Brats and burgers for dinner.

As always I am impressed by your use of fasting to achieve a life filled with nice social and business luncheons and dinners. I was quite good at fasting for a day when I first started , now I get the hungry and give in... even though it is Keto, it breaks the fast. Any advice?
