Woke at 234.0, down 2.2 after a fasting day. Business lunch out today and then leftover steak tonight. UPDATE: Steak for lunch as shown elsewhere. Got home early and did a HIIT session on my stationary bike. Got to 230.4 afterward. More steak and veggies for dinner. Even grabbed an hour nap at 8 pm. Will do OMAD tomorrow as I have a business lunch.
