Woke at 232.2, down 1.6 from yesterday after a Fasting Friday. I will eat on Saturday and Sunday but will watch the calories. Hoping to get a bit lower over the weekend. UPDATE: Did 5 miles of HIIT on the bike and got to 230.6 at 6 pm.
