Draglist's Journal, 26 Apr 19

Woke at 233.8, up 1.2 from yesterday. Slow day at home after a late happy hour. Fasted all day and did not drink a lot either. Weighed 232.8 by 7 pm.

I dont know how you do it! Everytime I weigh later in the day even after working all day I see a gain . I guess the key is the fasting

Hi, LZenn. I like the way it works, but the results are not earth-shattering. Going to give it a bit more time and will do it throughout May, too. Hi, LThomp. I found that interesting, too, but I figure the difference is when I eat dinner and then sleep all night, I'm not doing anything with that food by the morning weigh in. In the evening, I've eaten earlier but I've done a lot of exercise. That's my theory, anyway.

I do take the majority of my calories at dinner, too.
