Woke at 236.2, down .4 from yesterday. Fasting today but may have a business lunch. If so, I will do keto and OMAD. UPDATE: Got through the day fasting after all. Came home at 6 pm and weighed 234.6, the lowest since March 18, when I began the diet break. So now, let's get back to the 220s, then the 210s, and then the 200s!

Thanks! I have the 'ability to do certain things' (like no solid food fasts and running), but, I acknowledge my *many* weaknesses Haha!

You certainly navigate your challenges well. Good for you. It seems I've dined out at least one meal every day this week and had to really focus on the before and after to avoid the slippery slope of restaurant quantity meals.
