Woke at 240.4, up 1.4 and no surprise after yesterday. In the door at 237.4 after work. Low for the week is the 235.2 recorded last Wednesday and then 235.6 recorded this past Monday. That puts me in the yellow zone on FatSecret for the first time since June 21, 2013. This diet break thing had better work!

So I should probably go back and reread your journals explaining the agenda with this .. you are purposely trying to gain weight to reset your metabolism?

I think it's fantastic. In a way you could say I've been practicing for this for years - haha - but my approach wasn't as mindful as yours. I also think so many years of yo-yo weight loss has affected my metabolism ... even with a strict regimen this time the pace is really slow. I just keep telling myself a loss of one pound a week is better than a gain and hopefully this will help it be permanent as I'm strict but not depriving myself as I did in the past.

I am very interested in seeing if this works for you. I agree with FullaBella in that ai have done the yo yo things, but not intentionally. I tried to look up where u explained what u were doing and for how long, but couldn’t find it. Do u mind explaining it again, or telling us where to look for it. Thx
