Woke at 234.0, up 2.6 from yesterday. A friend came over and we went out for some drinks at a Mexican place. I stayed with red wine but did indulge in the tortilla chips and queso. I guess we are starting the diet break a day early. As for this upcoming diet break, I hope not to top 240 but that may not be realistic. I'm going to go where it takes me. Starting on April 1, I am going to start a hard cut. I am going to use the same ratio of intake to expenditure as when I started FatSecret in June 2012. Then, it was 1685 calories against an estimated daily burn of 3297 (both per the Body Weight Simulator app). I Iost 100 pounds in a year with that formula. That's 51 percent in vs. what I was estimated to burn even while sedentary. So I will use that formula and aim for 1400 calories average against my typical 2800 calorie burn. But I will do it via alternate day fasting, so for four days out of the week, I'll get approximately 2400 calories. This should be very doable. UPDATE: Back to 230.8 before dinner but then I ate a lot, including a Sonic Blast that I enjoyed to kick off the dirt break a bit early.
