Hi everyone I havenโ€™t reached my goal yet but I am very proud weโ€™re I am and I would like to stop losing weight and would like to maintain my current weight any tips.
I also tell myself I will stop losing weight but I just canโ€™t stop the next time I try and not to I ultimately start and exercise again and go to my old diet which is under 900-1000 (not very healthy for my type of body) a day so any thing would be big help thank you!

With any behaviour change it's important to try and figure out your "why". Why do you want to maintain your current weight. Why do you want to keep losing weight. Where is your mind at. Where is your heart at. If you can address why your heart keeps going back to exercise and under-eating...if you can figure out your "why" for stopping and maintaining...it might give you some insights into what needs to change.

The other thing I'd recommend is to change your goal. You are where you want to be, but that's not reflected in your stated intent (goal weight). If you feel resistance to changing your goal, sit with those feelings and reflect on why.
