Woke at 230.2, down 2.4 from yesterday. Liking the water loss and looking for more by tonight (hopefully). Simple daytime menu of protein drink for breakfast and raw tuna for lunch. There is a happy hour after work today, so I will have a little red wine or whiskey. UPDATE: Came home after happy hour at 8 pm and got a nice 227.6 weigh in, the low for the week.
